Student Founder & Systems Thinker
Hi, I’m Rishabh Pal — a student founder passionate about creating technology that uplifts people and the planet. Currently pursuing the IB Diploma Programme at Victorious Kidss Educares, I integrate leadership, AI, and systems thinking to design solutions that are useful, ethical, and enduring.
Guiding teams from concept to execution with focus, empathy, and strategic clarity.
Designing adaptive systems that solve real-world problems and serve communities responsibly.
Understanding complexity, identifying leverage points, and improving resilience and impact.
Visited BVJSS to teach underprivileged students the fundamentals of Physics—strengthening their foundations and inspiring long-term curiosity and careers in science.
Led an awareness campaign during Ganesh Chaturthi, engaging communities and security teams through speeches and posters to reduce single-use plastics—building toward a future of tech-driven sustainability outreach.
Founded an IoT + AI-based project to reduce hotel water consumption—turning smart data into sustainable action.
Represented the Republic of Korea in DISEC and received the Best Delegate award, strengthening diplomatic communication and analytical thinking.
Launched a self-initiated medicine collection and distribution campaign for underprivileged communities—proving how small organized actions can save lives. Scaling this up right now as setu™.
Completed a 4-day ISRO-focused workshop exploring satellite payloads, orbit transfers, and mission efficiency—deepening my understanding of applied Physics.
Completed the first working prototype of DROPLETS as my IB MYP Personal Project—showing that even acoustics and water can be connected through creativity and science.
Founded a free initiative helping 40+ students prepare for IB MYP e-assessments with personalised online teaching across subjects.
Organised a school-wide event promoting stress management through performance and community—learning crowd coordination and wellness-focused leadership.
Co-founded “The IB Guys,” where I lead operations and conceptualised AdaptEd—an AI-powered personalised education platform.
Started setu™, a tech platform bridging givers and those in need—turning compassion into structured impact through technology.
As part of a 1-month training and internship programme, I was involved in participating in the July Internships of Geniushub. The learning I had ranged from different types of AI, to how we apply the AI in real-life. I learnt about AI system design and its importance over just knowing how to code AI. With this design thinking, I was involved in making multiple minor projects and a key major project.
Led a 20+ member team to organise an MUN with 100+ delegates from 10+ schools within 30 days—showing that structured teamwork can achieve exceptional results.
Excited to have been elected as the Head Boy at VKE giving me an opportunity to bring systems thinking and collaboration to empower the council and serve the school.
Being at the Kukdukoo fest and talking to crowds on behalf of our school was quite an experience. It taught me how pitching an idea is not something static--it changes with time of day, how hungry they are and...even how you utter the first word of your pitch. By being like a salesman for the day--I learnt--live and unfiltered...how to sell anything within 10 seconds.
On the 20th of December, 2025, I was involved in a 5-people team to guide parents in our school PTM day to ensure they feel welcomed. A key learning I had was how simple gestures of kindess could have a big impact and how they can make people more open to do more work in turn(e.g. fill a long feedback form).
From the 21st to 22nd of December, I was involved in the Aarohan challenge at IIT Techfest(Asia's Largest Science and Technology Festival) at IIT Bombay. I presented AdaptEd as a solution--however, with a lack of time before the presentation, I did not have the time to make demos or prototypes. The first day was intimidating, with everyone around me being graduates pursuing degrees--and there I was, a 11th grader with AdaptEd as a solution. What set me apart was my foundational and systemic way of thinking. With no demos or prototypes, judges couldn't qualify me for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place--but instead, created the (only) special mention award for the competition, which AdaptEd received.
